Enrolment Application Process

Applications to attend Kindergarten in 2026 will commence on 5 February 2025 and close on 25 July 2025.  Should you wish to enrol for Kindergarten, please contact the school administration staff by email westfieldpark.ps@education.wa.edu.au or phone on 08 9234 9200. Successful families will be notified in writing before the end of Term 3. 

To enter Kindergarten in 2026, your child must have been born between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022. Please note that families are only permitted to apply to one WA government primary school and students must meet immunisation criteria.

Procedure for Enrolment

Application for enrolment form

Parents initially complete an Application for Enrolment (Part A).  When eligibility for enrolment is confirmed, the formal School Enrolment form (Part B) is completed.

Documents required with your Enrolment Application:

  • birth certificate or extract of birth or passport must be sighted during the enrolment process.
  • A printed copy of your child’s AIR (Australian Immunisation Register) record. You can access this via MyGov Medicare Portal.
  • Proof of residential address. This can be provided by supplying a utilities account in the address of the property in which your child resides.

Your child will be placed in the year of schooling corresponding to their age group.
