At Westfield Park Primary School, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing, engagement and success of every student. Our Student Services team works collaboratively with students, families and staff to provide support that is responsive to individual needs and promotes positive learning outcomes.
Our Student Support Officer and Student Wellbeing Officer play an important role in supporting students’ social, emotional and behavioural wellbeing, while working closely with families and external agencies when additional support is required. We also have access to specialist services, including school psychology and other departmental support services, to ensure students receive appropriate assistance when needed.
Westfield Park Primary School uses a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework to provide targeted support across three levels of intervention. Through high-quality classroom practices (Tier 1), targeted small-group support (Tier 2) and intensive individualised interventions (Tier 3), we work to meet the diverse needs of all learners and help every student achieve their potential.
By fostering strong partnerships between school and home, we strive to create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
